1. What this is

cc-hub is a place to write, publish and install scripts for the Minecraft mod ComputerCraft / CC: Tweaked. It is run privately by the operator named in the imprint. There is no fee and no guarantee of availability.

2. Your account

One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password and your recovery codes safe. Because accounts here carry no email address by default, a lost password with no recovery code left means the account cannot be restored — not by you and not by the operator.

3. Your scripts stay yours

You keep the copyright to everything you upload. When you publish a script you pick a license, and that license governs what others may do with it. In addition you grant the operator the simple, non-exclusive right to store your script, display it on this site and deliver it to users who install it — without that, the site could not do its job.

If you pick All rights reserved, others may read your script here but may not reuse it. Pick MIT or a similar license if you want people to build on your work.

4. Only upload what you may upload

Do not upload anything that

• infringes someone else's copyright,
• is designed to damage other players' computers, worlds or servers,
• attacks this site or its users,
• is unlawful, or
• is bulk-posted junk.

The operator may remove scripts that break these rules and may block accounts that do so repeatedly. Anyone can report a script through the button on its page.

5. Scripts you install run on your computer

Scripts here are written by other users. They are not reviewed, and once installed they run with full access to the in-game computer they are on, including its files. Read a script before you run it. The operator is not liable for what a third-party script does.

6. Deleting your account deletes everything

If you delete your account, all of your scripts are deleted with it, including their version history. They are not transferred to anyone else and cannot be recovered. Anyone who was installing one of your scripts will no longer be able to. If you want a script to outlive your account, publish it under a license that allows it and let someone fork it while you are still here.

7. Liability

The site is provided as it is. The operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage arising from the breach of an essential obligation.

8. Changes

These terms may change as the site grows. Substantial changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.

Kurzfassung: Das Urheberrecht an hochgeladenen Skripten bleibt bei dir; du wählst beim Upload eine Lizenz und räumst dem Betreiber das einfache Recht ein, das Skript zu speichern, anzuzeigen und auszuliefern. Verboten sind fremde Inhalte ohne Recht, Schadcode, Angriffe und Spam. Skripte anderer Leute laufen ungeprüft auf deinem Computer — lies sie vorher. Löschst du dein Konto, werden alle deine Skripte samt Verlauf mitgelöscht.
